By using ScriptReel (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

ScriptReel converts PDF documents into video scripts and generates short videos using AI voice providers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScriptReel. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not upload copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to use
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes, harassment, or fraud
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Not interfere with the Service`s security or other users` experience
• Comply with the Meta Terms of Service and any third-party platform you publish to through ScriptReel

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the PDF content you upload
• Generated videos are yours to use, subject to the licenses of the AI providers used (e.g., voice provider terms)
• You grant ScriptReel a limited license to process your uploaded content for the purpose of providing the Service
• We do not claim ownership over your content

AI-Generated Content

ScriptReel uses AI to generate scripts and videos. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs.

Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not generated more than 5 videos.

Limitation of Liability

ScriptReel is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or claims related to AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
